Free Delivery Within Abuja

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction and to celebrate the launch of our website, we currently offer free delivery within Abuja. This is our way of giving back to our customers and ensuring a smooth, stress-free experience from order to delivery.

Delivery Outside Abuja

For deliveries outside Abuja, shipping costs are not fixed due to varying distances, item sizes, and logistics requirements. Customers are required to contact our Customer Care Representative via WhatsApp to receive a personalized delivery quotation before dispatch.

Return & Exchange Policy

No Return & No Exchange Policy

At Lush Ulta Luxury Furnitures, all furniture pieces are custom-made and produced according to each customer’s specific requirements. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Return and No Exchange policy once items have been delivered in good condition and in line with approved specifications.

Quality Assurance

We operate a strict quality assurance process to ensure that every piece of furniture meets our high standards before delivery. This includes:

  • Careful selection of durable, premium materials

  • Precision craftsmanship and professional finishing

  • Multiple quality checks at different stages of production

  • Final inspection before dispatch

Customers are also kept informed throughout the production process and may receive updates, images, or videos to confirm progress and finishing.

Delivery Condition

All items are thoroughly inspected and carefully handled before and during delivery to ensure they arrive in excellent condition. Upon delivery:

  • Customers are expected to inspect the furniture immediately

  • Confirmation of good condition and specification is required at the point of delivery

Any item delivered according to the customer’s approved design, measurements, and specifications, and in good condition, cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.

Exceptions

Returns or exchanges will only be considered if:

  • The item delivered is significantly different from the approved specification, or

  • There is a verified manufacturing defect identified at the point of delivery

Normal wear and tear, personal preference changes, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
